Del , that is an absolute beauty !! Top notch work !! I think it looks brill , the ritchey grips just look out of place to me ,plain white grips would look better but this is just a minor detail.

The bike looks truly amazing , pat yourself on the back !

Ha ha .... Fair one. I did have clear grips but I just thought the extra touch of black and white would help !! It looks more pleasant when looking down upon the front I thought Anyways.... Minor detail Cheers bud

Still the best AND only full suser to have. The others look either like motorbikes that have had their motors nicked. Or look amateur 3rd rate builds.
Fitting the rear shock in the top tube is just perfect. The design is up their with other classic product designs like Apple iMac, Dyson etc
No wonder i kept the poster. Not just for the totty on it

what's deburring?

If your the sought to look closely at machined bicycle parts, such as cast ally bits (RockShox crown and brake booster etc) They are always a rough finish straight from the casting at the factory !! I just use a Dremel to de-burr them to a smooth seamless joint so it looks more detailed and finer finished. A little bit of various grades of wet & dry, Brasso and Bob's your uncle !! Kinda like Blueprinting and engine for a car..... Better than factory finish Mainly I blame my OCD

You cant really appreciate enough from the photo but you get the general idea !! The finish of the Rockshox is much much smoother and the ally is polished up to mirror finish !! (And yes, I know guys, I have my work cut-out keeping it that way !! )
