Open, non-cartridge with replaceable bearings any good?

Urm not sure about open, that's how the setup was with a grease port but I think i'd just prefer to knock out the plastic spacer and stick a sealed unit in.

Shimano UN71 square taper bottom bracket.

68 mm shell width.

122 mm axle length (may well be 122.5 but not got Verniers to hand).

Good condition, nice and smooth.

Also have a threaded 1" STX headset if interested, but won't have access to it for a couple of weeks...
