Cilo, by Ferraroli?
Hi everyone,
I also suspect that landsbee's Cilo is a Ferraroli in disguise. While I can't present conclusive evidence, I can share pictures of Philippe Pérakis' Cilo Team bike which not only display Ferraroli's typical lugged frame construction, but also the Cinelli fork crown common to the top-level mountain bikes made in La Chaux de Fonds.
It is interesting that the cyclocross champion insisted on the precise handling, relatively unyielding, straight bladed Answer fork, while the downhill specialist chose the compliant, tapered blade Ferraroli fork.
Of course, not every frame painted in the Cilo Team colors was made in Switzerland. The aluminum frame with suspension fork in the first photo was made by Yamakuni in Japan.
Cheers,
T.K.
