Congrats to ameybrook! If the winner of this BOTM would have been anything else than the C-26, it would have been a blasphemy!

Another great month. Well done Ameybrook and Kaiser for a great fight.

Roll on February!

Si

For me it's got to be the " Bomber" just for the fact its the first time i've seen one in age's and it took me back to me yoff " trying to pop a wheely on my mates and crashing into the back of his dad's "transit van"

They're all fab
The 3 raleighs are nice to see, especially the bomber, thats a braw looking bike :D
The kirk looks wonderful,in fact they all do But in the end, for me at least
It was a flip up on the two specialized's,
They really stumped me
Although John's is very nice in a period sort of way, very clean and er...special looking[no pun],kaisers is more what i remember as coolness personified in bicycle form :D
Nice one M8

Thanks everyone that entered, thats quite a collection

Well done ameybrook, a truly wonderful bike and deserving winner :D I'll gladly take second against it.

ah...2nd place to the c-26 is first place any other month. Congrats to the winner and the 2nd place finisher :D

Nah...

it would have been cool...I love upsets, and ameybrook said it himself, the kaiser stumpy would have been a worthy winner. Like comparing apples and oranges anyway...though retro, both very different builds/bikes

Had to be the C-26, not for the looks but because it was the absolute pinnacle of dream bikes, of course helped by the connection with JT

Guybe's Kona is one hell of a bike though, just works so well

Funny how that helps. Here's my list of why the C-26 has such a cult following:

➡️ Tomac / Worlds
➡️ MBA
➡️ Yeti-ness
➡️ Mystery / lack of accurate info
➡️ Failed design
