Just a thought here; If you(retrobike) were to say; Plan and announce what all the "special" months of 2013 were going to be well in advance, all the combatants would be able to have their ducks in a row, so to speak.

Is this a bad idea?

Question for the judges;
If I paint the Klein I entered last month, is it eligible this month?

Hmm, it's an OK idea. However this would imply some sort of forward planning on our behalf. The topic for the Dec BoTM was agreed between the Kaiser and myself around 14:30. Today.
