(Derailleur noises)
The only joy I get from derailleurs is using a friction shifter to sweep the cassette to the lowest gear in one smooth lever action bonanza, and then returning it to the high gear like I'm cooking a revolver for a wild west shootout in front of the saloon

I just spontaneusly ordered a 1x11 gear group while drinking because I was unsure if I wanted to run IGH, singlespeed or derailleur so I'm with you there

No I was going to go for a sort of 70s campagnolo track crank set and go 1x7 or perhaps find a TA specialties crankset that doesn’t burn a hole in my pocket
