Bontrager race ( not race lite)

OK guys, last question because another, even better (older) Race just appeared on my radar, for an equally fair price.

It's got a 19" ST and a 22" TT. So it's, what? An XL? A large?

I won't have a chance to stand over it, as it's going to be frame only and shipped if I get it. So I'm just trying to get a sense of whether I think it will work.

Those measurements seem about close to perfect for me, but now you guys have got me all confused with your sizing feedback!

It's probably a large, seat tube was measured c-c
