Ive been looking through Mombat history and have just seen this is a comp fork. Looks like there was a race version as well with thinner dropouts, crown and legs.
Ive managed to track down two different race lite wheelsets. One with CK hubs and one that was mounted to Ringle hubs. The ringle hubbed version shows decals on the rims that older than the CK hub version, Both the same spoke count. Pics on arrival.
I have a 98' Rasta Privateer but after delving into the history it is really nothing compared to the cool level of this beauty. Too bad its a bit(ok, a lot) too small for me...but happy to twist into the required shape to fit it for some rides.
