Hefty price for the frameset though.
I'd want to build this into a classy tourer with min tiagra stis, might sell for over £650, but it needs a couple of hundred pounds worth of kit to get there, including 32/35mm tyres... and the right front mech, oh and a touring chainset, saddle etc etc.

Don't understand why you'd write up a build sheet if you were going to fit a campag racing braze-on double front mech to a 28.6 seattube running shimano indexed shifters and "trials" double rings.
