= 240 ,320 grades wet n dry .

hard buff 90 deg square cut then polish

Snapper nice polishing job mate but doesnt your process reduce the lifespan of the rim and whats the brake performance like after polishing (assuming its rim brakes).

its just a clean up / of rider rims ...the process is the same in a show / rider wheel set ie ukai/ 7x s.

OK but I wont be polishing my rims due to the reduction in brake performance and life span. But I like the look of that bench grinder/polisher (Detroit) Im planning on putting together a similar setup for polishing my motorbike parts
