And it's a shockingly awful bike reserved solely for pringle jumper wearing middle managers with a 5 series. Avoid like the plague.

is it not a rebadged Whyte PRST-1?

nothing wrong with a pimptastic futuristic look, you just have to be as cool as the Fonz to get away with it

I have had the brake fluid changed bi-annually as per service schedule even though it has not been riden.

hahahaha, what a twazzock! Some people really do have far more money than sense.

Nope.

PRST-1 had a 4 bar linkage fork, this is a telescopic fork with inboard mounted shock. All the looks, none of the function.

Its a tie in with their motorbikes of the same era.

Remember the Bond BMW motorbike with the same front suspension setup?

Frame and forks pretty worthless.... depending on his reserve may be worth a bid for everything else....

I suspect he'll have a high reserve on it - he mentions the price he paid + it being worth $5000 if bought seperately (guessing he plucked that one out of the air!) He is also probably convinced that it's a collectors item, so will be holding out for a nice price.

It is genuine BMW bike from mid/late 90's. Far as I rememer this wonder has folding rear triangle and front suspension for easy transport! They weren't cheap, over 2 grand, this could be close to real price BITD, not titanium though.

i think this will end up in some fat german BMW M6 rider's garage next to the car for display only,..to show off ;)
