Yeah looking at the fork crown and lack of brazeons I'd say Falcon. The forks were quite often half chromed and some of the frames were 531 so check for chrome on the bottom half of the forks and have a measure of the seat pin.
It's got some nice bits as well (which I doubt were original) so deffo a good buy for a tenner.
