Bleaching white plastic parts that have yellowed

Borrowing some tips from another hobby, I cleaned up some Shimano Sante headset pieces that have yellowed from sun exposure. Not mineral spirits, goo gone, citrus clear, or anything else worked until this.

Some Oxy-Clean powder mixed in hydrogen peroxide (3% strength) Place in sunlight and twelve hours later.

The one on the right looks great in comparison ! Hopefully this isn’t a dumb question

But is that a before and after shot, ie one done and one left to do
(Which just happens to be the left on) otherwise I can’t see a difference. Unless this is an April fools prank and you bleached the work top white
