Just coming back to this one for those interested.
I used Ultimate Finish on the Westminster trading estate in Lincoln.
£45 for frame and forks. The finish is pretty good, and certainly good enough for the vast majority of "not a full on to the final detail resto" bikes.
Went for a girly pinkish purple in the end called Traffic Purple (RAL 4006)
