This was mongoose top of the line frame in 89,before they did a ti frame.
Hand finished , nice smoothed off welds.
19 centre to top ,22 top tube, I would class it small to med in size
Threads all good some scratches and chain slap and some rubbing to paint whereto wide a rear tyre used.
