hey, are the riser bars steel or aluminum? what's the width?

Hi - they are stamped MTB - AL - 153 so I think Aluminium. They are 600mm wide with approx 3cm rise on them - they are from a Claud Bulter Cape Wrath 1997. They need a bit of a shine and polish
