Bikes can be so mean - mini vbrake will not fit

Today - after reopening my little workshop in the new house I tried to finish my gravel mod bike.

When I installed the brake cables i saw this:

The horizontal thingy (that I do not know the name of even in my mother tongue) scrapes the rubber… arrghh!
I have to use a mini v there because of the road levers… canti won’t work because the frame (a pretty high end Exotec) does not Sport a central terminal for the housing.

Did I miss something here?

Is there another solution that I am not aware of?

Apart from that the bike looks pretty rad in its gun metal grey Color wit the flared bar…

Something like this? Not sure how much up/down adjustment you've got on the minis but it might offer enough clearance
