The owner sadly passed, i suppose a family member or friend has listed it. He liked nice things..owned a real ford GT40. Im not sure how you improve it tbh, has a photo finish tab but no way to authenticate which team rider used it if any etc etc

I reckon 850 is what they are asking at minimum. If story is half true, than the provenance is needed - and if just a team bike, let alone 7x time TdF cheater it may push it well past 1k mark....

Unfortunately I think Lance's bike is already in a museum

If the provenance is provable it ought to be worth thousands

This one does have the same seat cluster, fork crown, and stem, so it's possible - but I would have thought it would also have his name on the top tube?



Although with only one photo to go on, who knows? To not even think about mentioning a serial number is pretty bizarre, but there you go...

I suspect it is a team bike, but obviously the seller is not really helping himself if he's looking for big money.
