Are they any good?

What do you see as any issues, stresses or ???

Cost around $100 - $135 US but made in the UK.

Yes it does look that way. Apparently you can store bits in there. Helmet, etc. Do you think it would stress the bike frame any?

What material is it made from ? i.e. Could it be fixed to an outdoor wall for washing the bike down or repairs and left out all year round ?
