Re:

Like I said, I never intended to offend. It's the use of the word purity. Nothing more.
And thanks for manning the fire extinguisher, Nick! ;)

Re:

Best pure and most desirebale race bike ... that's a good debate!

The Tomac Sig is 100% in the conversation, but I'd throw a blanket over these 6 for me. If I had to take one ... I'd take Ned's M2. I loved that bike as a kid.

There's probably more I'm forgetting ... haven't had my AM coffee.

Re:

There were some close ups of an ex Tomac 'works' Disk Wheel on FB last year. The team mechanic had written exactly how many hours/rides it had gone through on the actual disk for safety sake. Defo not built to last but iconic for sure.

No mate, I think they are one of the most overrated products ever... I just enjoyed chucking you under the bus!

Your use of the word 'pure' was your undoing, they are one of the purist components ever made, a real pure race wheel. I am with you when you use the term 'Plastic' when talking about Carbon/Thermoplastic/Composite/Nylon mesh etc... the use of the word is justified, not to talk of a material, but of a type. In the very same way I talk of Scott Endorphin's being 'Plastic Tat'.

al.

Haha.... I love my job! ;-)

Re:

They have buses in Cornwall now? Wow! You'll be on the electric soon

Scott Endorphin? Who the hell would buy one of those? !
