These are the retro "single wall" bars....bars of this era were 660 - 680.
I think you are mistaking these bars with a much more modern pattern...with different logos and such.

These are full width at 660.

What BCD are the cranks please? I guess 130mm?

Cranks have worn lacquer/logos.. either recoat or wet/dry with some silicone oil.

Yeah. I recall them being either 135 or 130. But a Google tells me 130.
