Ja, but if you look at the image with the suspension you might recognise that the dropouts could be ment to be ajusted at the suspension rather than on the frame itself!

I can see where you are coming from but as in your original post I don't think this frame and these drop-outs should be together, as if you look closely in the suspension picture the frame has mounting holes for the suspension units, your frame doesn't have them
