Hi, this is a handmade steel frame, built in Forest Hill, South East London for the owner of a local bike shop (White's in Bexleyheath's owner Neil, he confirmed it). It was built by a man called Tommy Quick and cost £350 in the 1980s, so a frame of excellent quality. It has beautiful lug work and a lovely sparkly green/blue paint job. At some point in the past, someone has painted over this but I've removed it to the best of my ability.

If it's not clear from the pictures - the paint is NOT perfect, but there are only a couple of tiny flecks of rust, nothing that would affect the bike structurally, though you may wish to repaint it.

A previous owner has also tapped some small (4mm) holes to mount a second bottle cage on the seat tube.

There is a dent/ding in the rear, drive side seat stay. It doesn't seem to have affected the chain line in anyway and I was riding it like this before accepting that it was too small. You can just about make it out in the photos, but it's a few mms out of true in a front-to-back direction.
