hi iv been offerd a big daddy hoffman frame in chrome 1990 to 92 mint condition how much should i offer him ,any ideas thanks

That's a beast. No idea how much they're worth these days, I'd say it's more like a 1994 to 1996 frame, not 90 to 92 though. I remember them from when I first started to ride BMX proper, and 1992 was before my time.

yes you could be right bud im not to clued up on the bmx scean at the min but remember this frame back in the day ,just fancied doing a bmx as my next project and been eyeing up his for a while now cheers fella

the HB stamp in the gusset identifys this as a Taiwan made frame

not sure exactly when production shifted to the far east. 95 i think?
a Taiwan frame is actually probably better made than a USA made Hoffman so although considered less desirable than a ramp room made frame is probably better as a rider :!:

Adam is right on this one, I had a 92 frame that was SE made and the coaster brake anchor point was below the chainstay.

I seem to remember that frame being out the same time as that nice baby blue Taj that HB did
