I received a rather broken set of rebas yesterday. Not happy at all. Leaked all over the box/themselves, carbon steerer has a bit of damage, and the pictures were pretty strategically taken and didn't show the extent of the condition of the lowers, which was pretty poor too.

Pmd last night to report the forks condition and not as described but not had a response yet. Paid by paypal so have buyer protection should I need to go down that route.

The saints I bought have turned up and are all good, a little slow on delivery however I think that was more down to the couriers.

Rock Shox Reba World Cup Blackbox
White legs, stanchions mark free and they work butter smooth. Come with lockout lever but no cable 190mm steerer. Carbon crown and steerer. Super light.

Quoting the description of the Reba forks in case it is edited as I'm escalating a claim via paypal for them as they are not in a fit state to use, certainly not as described and the lockout lever was also missing.

Here are some pics of the forks as they arrived. Packaging was woeful. Box was too small, no protection at all inside, and the steerer was forcing the box open, meaning it was open to all sorts of knocks in transit.

Forks have a blown seal which has resulted in loads of suspension fluid leaking out during transit:







Carbon steerer has some damage which looks to have been covered up at some point:


Despite the stations being listed as mark free:


Lowers were also pretty beaten up, which the strategically taken pictured in the listing did not show, nor was mentioned in the description.

They're basically scrap, can't see anything worth saving! Good luck with the claim, should be pretty cut & dry I think...
