Its made from Oria DB tubing which is similar properties to 501 Reynolds or Columbus Cromor. All are seamed double butted tubesets. They ride nice n'all but not an expensive set of tubes.
Basically a low-middle-end tubeset above 500 Reynolds and Columbus Aelle but well below the more fancy stuff from the 1990's like 753, 853 Reynolds and Columbus Genius & Nivacrom.
Frame would weigh about 5.1lbs, compared to say 3.9lbs for Genius. For what its worth, my old On-One inbred weighed 5.0lbs for frame only (4130 double butted) and those sold cheap (£150-£200 frame only). This Bianchi is vastly overpriced.

Absolutely
Massively over priced. To be honest the bike is not worth more than say £200 in total. And even then he’ll be lucky.
A Genius frame from Bianchi is very light - frame only weighs in at approx 1260g
