Couple of final changes on the Bianchi. One for the purists and a couple definitely not.
Firstly, managed to get my hands on a Selle Italia Flite Titanium saddle so it now has that distinctive profile. I believe this one with the oval emblem on the back is a late 90's model so pretty much period correct.
Now for the not so pure changes. I've put a shorter (70mm) FSA vision stem on to improve my riding position. I think this is a modern stem but it looks right.
And finally and possibly the biggest crime, I've put my modern Fulcrum Racing Quattro wheelset on the bike. I've used a spacer so the 9 speed cassette fits. The wheels gave been destickered as the graphics are a bit love or hate. I still have my Mavics with their shiny campag hubs but for now I think I'll use these
