This comes across as a spam post to me. The user seems to be posting a question..... using an image with a manufacturer name included. yet they can't "get on one" ??!
Extremely odd.
Additionally these cheap pressed cone spanners are made of cheese.
If you're going so far as adjusting the cones, you might as well use a decent tool
