Best bike stand?

I have a basic Park workstand - worth it I think and worth shopping around for a good price as they do vary

mine is cheaper than yours - £3.23 for a piece of studding and a hinge.

mikee has a cool one :)

edinburgh bike have a sale on just now and I think they have a stand. Its been around for years and gets the good value award in many tests.

anthony what happens to that work bench when you have a seized BB and need to put a pipe wrench on the BB tool and then add a four foot pipe for added leverage?

Have a Park PRS-13 which is the park stand with a wide base and wheels. It's great because you can load your tool box on the base and roll it around like a two wheel cart at races and events. Base is wide and very stable.
Has a shop quality clamp with lots of adjustability. I don't think they are made anymore but do see them come up for sale once in a while and they are well worth it.

I built this out of recycled pipe and fittings from different plumbing and heating jobs. It works for most all of my needs and the cost was right.

Genius!

You a plumber by trade? Did you fill the lower pipework with anything to give it a heavy base?

It's alright for you rich Yanks gm1230126, but some people have only got £3.23!

Still that's £3.23 more than 72tunaboat's work of art cost. Respect.
