Too much attention to details such as braking ergonomics. Too much effort put into the flip. The true professional simply loosens the stem bolt and rotates the bar upward. No time for things such as removing and reorienting levers or retaping. Plus the needed style and attitude of horns pointing forward like a bull

There are two kinds of drop-bar flipper.

Minimal Effort is crucial!

The other kind will reverse the bar in the clamp, then rotate back.

Brake levers must be changed, custom shifters added - but don't ask them about it - not only have they fixed all those things foolish cyclists put up with, they also love explaining why!
