Why would he split? Those bars are easy to come by, post a wanted on here, there will be a fair few pairs knocking around..

Comes with the bike:

A pair of Look pedals
A pair of Shimano 600 pedals
Handlebar tape, blue
A cheesy saddle
TT-bars and a very very nice pair of indexed Campagnolo Syncro shiftlevers

If you prefer more aerodynamic and somewhat easier riding position, just put TT-bar with the syncro levers in place and there you go.
