BB Advice

I've just removed the BB from my 95 spesh hardrock and I'm hoping to putting something newer in there.

What are my options?

Is it even possible to fit a modern HTII style BB, or is that crazy talk?

Yes it is very poss. I have 2008 XT-R fitted on my 15 yr old frames.
depends weather you want to keep it retro or update and keep riding ??

thanks for that, I've had HTII on my modern bikes for a while and get on really well with it. It's for a singlespeed project so I can keep the rings as spares and fit a single ring/bash combo.
