Bayliss Wiley Bottom Bracket ID

Curious if anyone recognizes this Bayliss Wiley bottom bracket, haven't been able to find other examples of this particular locking ring. Hoping to find out what era it's from, and other details.

All the ones I have seen of theirs are .

I had one of those on a 1950s Dawes. Don't know if it was BW though.

Good question, I'll try to find out. I did consider that the lock ring might be from a different bottom bracket, would still be interested in any insight into its origin.
