Personally I'd just walk away, seller likely has one or more other interested parties and is accepting highest offer.
If its suddenly gone from £20 to £80 don't be surprised if the seller comes back and says he now wants £120+.

There'll be other bargain bikes that come up, it helps if you can get there same day to collect in my experience.

You don't see many without some fading these days unfortunately... I have a black 92 Karakoram and love the GTX pipes- fun to ride..

As to the price, depends on how much you want it?

It is going around 400 euros in Germany these days, so you are not far off
