Misrepresentation of goods act?

We just got in an apollo mtb/bso from a local bike charity, I estimate £180 new, 15 years old.
They sold it for £320 to someone who knew nothing about bikes.

Funny it says that this bike was bought to do a charity event. I wonder if somebody did ride it from Lands End to John o' Groats!
