Can anyone help me piece together information on Barbican Cycles of Peterborough?
I used to have an old BMX made by them, it was a super bike, there doesn’t seem to be much history or information recorded about this small bike manufacturer.
My BMX was bought from a bike shop in Brigg in 1983. It was a busy region for BMX, it was very popular in the area at the time and there was a BMX track not far from there in Grassby. The bike shop at the time in Brigg had a great range of bikes and always updating the other the new ranges from Raleigh and Falcon Pro. My bike was a Barbican Pro. I will try to dig out an old pic. If anyone here knows anything which can help me record a bit more history much appreciated..
