Band's you wish you'd seen

Got to be Pink Floyd doing Dark side or the Wall.

Also Smashing Pumpkins would have been ace (1993/94) before people left and they started making bad albums!

I got mine refunded too. Bought a CamelBak with the cash. Still got that.

Not a band as such- although I expect they might have done a Shirehorses set- but I always regret never seeing Mark and Lard when they did nights at the Sugarhouse in Lancaster. They came three years running and it always clashed with something else I'd got arranged.
Also even though we were there we never got to see Texas at Edinburgh millenium hogmanay- I had a deep Sharleene Spiteri thing going on.

Oh here's one I really should have seen since I'm from the same town and don't really have any excuses for missing out on them....

The Danse Society.

Led Zep
John Coltrane Quartet
Mahavishnu Orchestra
early Sabbath
early Jethro Tull
Brand X (Percy Jones -the best bassist around!)
King Crimson
(lovely, lovely) Lisa Hannigan when she sang with Damien Rice
50s/60s Miles Davis
Sinatra
I'm gutted that I never got to see Frank Zappa.

Nice, man - really nice.

Kudos - "... when you've loved and lost, like Frank has..."

Well, you could kinda relive that retro-panty-rap vibe - he was in an episode of Miami Vice (S02E19 - Payback) - Roberto Duran was also in that episode (Miles Davis and Ted Nugent appeared earlier in that season, too, along with Phil Collins...)
