Baltic Bawbags - Now with added aftermath and pictures of actual riding

Been a few years since we’ve had one of these and definitely overdue a return.
Last time was just Jimo, Hawmaw and myself, so hoping for a better turnout this time.

Date will be either 20th February.

Usual loop up round Loch Ordie then down to the cliff path for the obligatory photos from look out rock. Meeting point is the Cally car park just outside town. 9.30 for a 10 o’clock start.

Is it retro bike or ride what you bring. May need to build something as mtb's not currently complete in my stable. Either dates fine at moment

Ride what you bring Velo. More important to see friends than retrobikes.

Think it's pretty retro friendly, I've always ridden a retro for this one, mtb probably a wise choice though Velo, get building!

20th is probably better for me as its my 50th birthday on the 24th.

is the loop gravel bike friendly as its the most retro looking bike i have. or its my solaris steel hardtail

Ok, we’ll go with the 20th.

Most of loop is fine on gravel bike but can get a bit boggy in places. Cliff trail would be a handful on drop bars though. I’d definitely be on the Solaris if I were you.
