Another project begins! Got this from mattbrown's post in the ebay/marketplace section the forum and picked it up at the weekend.

Included in the price -

Orange Aluminium 'Elite' 17" frame, straight but in need of a good polish.

Rockshox Judy's 1 1/4" steerer

Orange 150mm zerorise 'Ali stalk'

Orange 'Hotrod' handlebars.

Shimano M730XT chainset.

Shimano M735XT shortcage rear mech.

Suntour MD front mech.

Shimano DX canti's? F+R

Mavic M231CD rim on XT hub.

'New' 7spd cassette and UN54 B/B

Pair of 'Velociraptor' tyres.

X-lite saddle....... all for the princely sum of £30!


The frame needs a good polish, new decals and a bit of general TLC but is straight and ripe to join the boy"O"boy stable of O's!
Build plans are to keep it XT with polished stem and seatpost using as many of the original parts as I can. I also have a set of the 'Ali' forks. I may try these first to get that '92 brochure look, as the Judy's are a later fork..... but they look good though!?!.... decisions, decisions!
There's also an ongoing "O" single speed build awaiting a respray at the moment, so it looks like I'm going to be busy this year.
