VERY BAD ethic/ moral! BEWARE of this seller!

Hi to everybody in the community,

I think we should be grateful to have such a nice, broad and cool retroforum, but some people obviously think they can act in any manner they want......
and this is clearly NOT OK!

Here's the story:
I was the first in line to buy those purple Avid tri Align brakes, the seller promised me the brakes, but apparently the seller doesn't know that there is a time difference between the US and Europe...well it takes a certain knowledge, of the world as a whole to know this fact, some people are ignorant of the obvious....
Anyway, after the seller sent me 2(!) confirmation e-mails within 5 minutes?! Why 2 in 5 minutes??? that it's OK ( I could buy the brakes)
I went to sleep...after all it was after midnight in Europe, but in the morning when I woke up.....BANG this "very kind, ethical" seller had sold the brakes to someone else!!!!
It's clearly NOT ACCEPTABLE to behave in this manner, and I URGE YOU TO BEWARE of this seller!!!
