Avid bb7 or similar, hope v-twin?

Looking to do an mtb frame based gravel bike. I can't afford to go down the drop bar hydro brake route (unless someone has a set they want to sell cheap), so looking for some bb7 road disc brakes or equivalent.l, as I have some road gear/brake levers already.

Could comtemplate a full lever/calliper combo if price is right.

I'd consider a hope v-twin set up as well if its affordable.

I've got a full set of silver BB7 road brakes and discs i'd sell, they were fitted to a bike I bought but were never used in anger. Can send you some pics tomorrow if you're still looking.
