Yeah we had a good little ride and considering the rain we had last week it was in tip top condition. Really wanted to go out today but severe manflu has rendered me useless. We were discussing doing a Youies run in the next few weeks.

1990 Rocky Mountain Hammer on Bike Exchange at the minute. Looks to be in fairly original condition (apart from the abomination of a saddle)... I'd snap it up if I could justify it:
