Want £200 as need the cash to build a new sealed drive bike

Man I wish I had the cash. Been after one of these for months. I ended up settling for a ATX 990 John Tomak DH frame instead. What size is the frame?

I is a medium I think, mesures 18 1/2" from centre of bb to top of seat tube
But they all feel small as have low top tube
