I'm no big Klein fan so I'm not ashamed of asking... why are these called "Team USA?" Red, White, and Green? I've also seen other color variations called that when they are nothing close to good ole red white and blue.

Before someone says, "well thats the color of the team bikes..." weren't they an international team? Caroline Alexander?

Me niether they seem like Cannondales. they both love propritary parts, but they seem to crack even easier. However the paint was nice, though it did polute a Lake/river that leed to there demise.

Klein were sued for pollution (accidental) that resulted from their paint process. It polluted a water course. I can't remember the details now, and not sure it necesarilly led to their demise.

I'm pretty sure that this same bike appeared fleetingly on Palm Beach Craigs List last week for very little money - original lady owner selling. Someone's going to turn a nice quick profit.

I understand that they were fined for not having proper permits but that actual pollution did not occur. This is my memory of it but could be wrong.
