AS Gillot, help with year and model?

Hello all, I've recently taken on the task of restoring my grandfathers Gillott bicycle but neither of us can identify the age and the model of the bike, i am new to bikes so any help would be massively appreciated, thank you.
I can attach any more pictures if needed.

I can tell you it isn't a spearpoint or a tapertube or a Fleur de Lis but I can't tell you from the pictures what it actually is...
