Are these Mavic rims on this Claud Butler?

I've found a bike for sale not too far away that I'm interested in for parts.

Are these Mavic rims?



Would anyone be interested in the frame?

My guess is Alesa 9016 or Rigida Rally

edit: Rigida Rally have eyelets.

The seller has said they're Mavic Teflon coated?

They're non eyeletted which usually means cheaper, or older rims. They also look fairly wide, again cheaper or older, but probably the former looking at the bike & groupset.
Don't look like any mavic rims I've seen before.

I know that Teflon coating can be used on offroad vehicle rims, motorbike rims ...... it doesn't sound like a good idea for a vehicle with rim brakes though.

I know, non-stick brakes

they are Rigida. possibly OEM though as it would normally say "Rigida AS-26F".

they came in eyeletted and non eyeletted.
