Are these Cook Bros cranks?

They look quite like Cook Bros, but they're fluted down the sides, not on the back. I've had them for absolutely ages, they came on an old Marin Team Titanium I bought that had had lots of stuff upgraded on it. They're beautiful, but the non-drive side crank cracked so I removed them.

I'm debating putting them on evilBay with a load of other random stuff I want to clear out but don't really know what to charge for. If anyone can identify them I'd appreciate it!

Nope, those are Toplines or perhaps Grafton. I forget how to tell the difference now but I think they are Topline SL's. Topline also made the cranks for Grafton.
