Are Kuwahara still going?

Question in via twitter, do Kuwahara still exist as a company? Quick look on wikipedia shows they are but not in the same form >http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuwahara_(bicycle_company) ...

They are now called Kuwahara Bikeworks, not sure if it's still the same Kuwahara family running it. Looks like they're a distributor for American brands in japan.

From memory, didn't they produce a rerun of KZ-1 frame and forksets from original blueprints avout 3-4 years ago?

It is the same Kuwahara as back then, although I suspect a lot of actual Kuwahara built bikes were done as a a fabricator for other brands.
