I've got (along with enough bits to build three bikes
) a pair of WTB Hell Cat risers which have a reduced diameter at the ends for small hands to hold on to
Including matching grips & endcaps say £20posted? Add a fiver for some Deore V levers and I've got saddle & tyre threads somewhere that I'm happy to haggle on
