Friend would probably know where the car was parked so should have the address. Easily look upable by the firms HR department.

To ensure balance when presenting this to the company managing director - Did the friend take a picture of how the note was left / how the car was parked. e.g. completely blocking or making it a tight turn??

German firms look for decency / reliability / politeness from their staff....

i say write a polite one back. addressed to 'Frau Arschloch', in cockney rhyming slang. It'll give them something to do while your friend carries on parking the car in their driveway.
